Retrace 2008Chorio, of Kimolos, Cyclades

Following the traces of Retrace – an artistic walk – twenty artists invite visitors to wander around the island of Kimolos once more.

Using some tools we mark areas of the island that hosted or still host various professions.
At the same time, objects with special uses are exhibited at the folklore museum of the island.
Referring at times to the space and at times to time the artists comment with constructions, photographs, videos, workshops and other activities, the perpetual relationship of man with tools.

The exhibition is supervises by the art historian Ms Maria Sardi and Ms Adriani Ventouri and is part of the programme “Nisologio”.
